Winston Faircloth

Winsightz co-founder & president, Winston Faircloth has dedicated his life to connecting people with resources to people in need.  His career has been squarely at the intersection of emerging technology and mission-based organizations for over 30 years.

For the first 18 years, Winston was an United Way executive in Louisville, Newport News and Lexington where he was unafraid to challenge conventional thinking.  The results included: 1) US leading fundraising growth for two consecutive years, 2) innovative partnerships improving community access,  3) award winning marketing campaigns and 4) pioneering back office outsourcing services.  He served on national audit compliance committees, led a national technology initiative, appeared on multiple national webinars and was a faculty member for United Way’s national training academy.

Over the next 15 years, Winston co-founded Upic Solutions, the nation’s first and largest shared services organization dedicated to creating additional technology capacity for the United Way network.  At its peak, Upic served over 20% of the United Way professionals in the USA with secure cloud hosting, groundbreaking customer service and whitelabel online giving experiences touching over 1 million employees per year.  Through Upic, we modeled true collaboration and expanded United Way’s mobility, outreach and capacity to care for local communities.

Logan McCulloch
Senior Consultant

Winsightz Senior Consultant Logan McCulloch brings more than 25 years of experience as a non-profit executive, board member and volunteer to serve your organization. Logan began his nonprofit career with Metro United Way in 1992, and prior to moving into the consulting field he served as the Chief Development Officer for the Kentuckian Region of the American Red Cross. Logan’s extensive experience includes his consulting work at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence where he specialized in helping clients with organizational assessment, strategic planning, board development and training, and strategic financial development.

Before joining us, Logan’s background included his service in the military, after which he completed his undergrad work and pursued graduate studies at the University of Louisville. After several years as an executive in the banking industry, he committed his career to the nonprofit community and since 1995 he’s facilitated CAN-DO programs for United Ways, the American Red Cross, his church and for corporate clients like GE, UPS, LG&E and Bell South. In recent years Logan battled and recovered from chronic Lyme disease, and in 2013 spent five months backpacking the Appalachian Trail to raise awareness about the fastest spreading epidemic in America. Mindy Hedley
Senior Consultant

Winsightz Senior Consultant, Mindy Hedley brings 25 years experience in the nonprofit community in the Louisville. Her work has primarily been focused on fund development, board development, training organizations in public speaking and for profit and nonprofit consulting. Her extensive experience with strategic planning, goal setting, staff organization and staff training gives our work with your organization an extremely strong foundation.

Mindy began her career with Metro United Way in 1985 as a marketing volunteer. Her work resulted in a fast track to becoming staff in resource development that lead to her position as department head as the Annual Campaign Manager. She created and implemented training for Loaned Executives, Employee Coordinators, volunteers and United Way Speakers. Mindy brought the CAN-DO program to the “Top 25” largest companies and facilitated their data examination and goal setting for campaigns.

Mindy includes travel in her life as much as possible and has traveled all over during the last 10 years. If she could live anywhere, it would be with her family (including her granddaughter) in beautiful Amsterdam.

Amanda Boze
Strategic Support

Amanda Boze is our strategic support associate and helps keep Winsightz focused on you, our clients. Her work with nonprofit organizations combined with her political science degree and paralegal experience keeps our company streamlined and efficient. Her goal is always to do the most with the tools available; to connect with people and help them reach as far as possible.

Before working with Winsightz, Amanda volunteered and worked with nonprofit organizations where she gained experience working in fast-paced, deadline oriented environments that demanded strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. You’re in good hands because we’re in good hands.

Amanda believes the world is changed by example, not by opinion. She believes as Martin Luther King Jr. did that life’s most persistent and urgent question is ‘What are you doing for others?’ She believes people are happiest and most productive when they can focus their attention on the things they care about.
